We are located in Merrillville, Indiana, on the south side of the Methodist Hospital Property. Our building is at 109 East 89th Avenue. The building has a smalll clock tower motife and is called "One Tower Plaza"
To enter our building complex you must either enter the frontage road long Broadway at the Southlake Methodist hospital entrance or further south at the Heart Pace 2000 entrance (which is 90th Place). Our street, 89th Avenue, does not connect directly to Broadway due to a bern of trees, so you much use the frontage road that runs parallel to Broadway to reach us.

We are in the offfice morninbg 9am to noon 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, afternoons 2 pm until evening on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. All visits are by appointment only.
